Ok.. I can do it from backward crossovers. Just when I'm about to cross over, I stop. I think it's my shoulders (uneven). How can I change the bad habit?

Stand up straight, try and center your spin, and dont go on a "too deep" edge.

Good Luck!

After you cross your crossing foot over on the last crossover, hold the other foot off the ice until you are ready to put it down. Then step down on an outside edge and push off. Not too much off an outside edge, or your balance will become uneven. Keep your shoulders down, and stay in a plie (bend) until you are spinning evenly. Then slowly straighten up. Remember to keep your shoulders down and press down on the ball of your spinning foot. Then you should be fine.

ummmm kay. im not sure i understand ur question quite right, but ill answer anyway. Take your time with the crossovers, and wait after your last one, with you foot (the one off the ice) sticking in back of your other. While you're bending ur knee before going into the spin, make sure ur not staring at the ground, and make sure it's only ur knee thats bending, and not ur upperbody. See, if ur upperbody's bend towards the ground, when you go up into your spin, the action is quick, and then you lose balance, which makes you stop. Take your time. Its important. Oh, and make sure that when you go into ur spin, you're not doing a three turn, instead of going into a small circle. Once you get past that, itll be super pretty and youll be able to do plenty of rotations. So many, youll get dizzy. lol

Bend your knees more and keep your shoulders even.
