Your question is really broad, so it's kind of hard to answer. Which jumps and spins are you working on? Is there anything that you're not really flexible at, such as needing more stretch in your spirals? If you can narrow it down a bit, it might be easier to answer.
But in general, yoga, ballet and pilates are good places to start looking for stretches and exercises that will help your skating. Ballet, especially. If a class isn't available to you, you can get books out of your local library and try the stretches and exercises out.

Hello! Finally, someone who shares my passion- I'm in Freeskate 1 (back spin, salchow, etc.). The best techniques for stretching are:
1) calf stretches (sit on the floor with your feet out in front of you. Raise your arms and put them against your ears, then stretch down to your toes. Hold this position for about 4 seconds, then relax. Repeat.)
2) On the ice, put your foot on the boards and try to squat.
3) use a spinner (little rubber thingie)

Ah, so you're in ISI? I'm accually in the US figure skating Association, and it has different lvl systems. but according to that, i guess i would be... freeskate 6? i have no idea
Anyways! Freeskate 4... You should be working or already have an Axel? Make sure that's consistant! Keep working on that... and make sure you strech before practices. if you wanna do those amazing spins that Sasha Cohen does, you gotta be really flexable. In my town of skaters, i think only 2 skaters are really flexable to do that kind of stuff. (And I'm not one of them... :(...)

Get a coach or if you have one that helps to, and ask them for tips. Or surf the internet for ideas.
ByTheWay I didn't do any stretches for my jumps or spins I just had ago and could do them. But I have been classed as a Natural Skater since I have only been skating 9months!
Just do stuff like pike stretches and straddle floors that is used in gymnastics!
