What do you think of Chloe Noel apparel and Zuca Bags?

I know they're both pricey. :) Just give me what you think of them. I already have a pair of Chloe Noel pants and I totally prefer a pair of random $5 pair I got at Sirens. I don't like having status symbols, but I think they're both super cute. :D Opinions are totally appreciated. Happy skating! (and new year XD)

Both of these brands are EXTREMELY overpriced. Just because every skate shop sells these does not mean that they are any better than Under Armor (which will last much longer) or just plain leggings!

Chloe Noel apparel might be cute, but so unoriginal. All the younger skaters at my rink wears these to practice all the time, especially the spiral ones. Obviously they are no better (even worse) if you prefer your five dollar pair of skate pants. To practice, even though I'm a beginner, I wear plain leggings, or OTB skating tights (for skating with friends, I would just wear leggings since I'm not practicing).

Zuca bags are even more of a waste. They are big, but I don't see any more room in them than my backpack, which I can fit my skates, guards, a pretty large jacket, a bottle of water, gloves, socks, my iPod and etc... in a bag that was 40 bucks. Mine is even more personal because nobody can find my bag either, so it's not like another skater will show up with the same bag, and I get compliments on my bag 24/7! If you are more advanced, a small suitcase is really ideal, and SO much cheaper than those money-wasting Zuca bags,

~Therefore, both of these are not any better than what you can find at a cheaper price. Besides, if you see any of the real skaters, like Yu-Na, they don't have that 'fancy' stuff. Yu-Na wears Under Armor apparel and uses a red suitcase to carry her things in.

If you are a REAL skater, save that money up for lessons and skate things. What you wear (as long as it is reasonable) won't effect your performance on the ice, those lessons will. A Zuca bag will not automatically enhance the way you skate because you carry your skates in them. Just think about your skating now, not what you have off the ice.

The skater that has the best things off the ice, is always a fool when on the ice. Remember that! Hope I helped, happy new years ^.^

I think they look good and are probably quality items, but they're just SOOOOOOOO uber-expensive!! If I had that much money to waste, I would buy a zuca and some Chloe Noel apparel without second thoughts, but unfortunately I'm poor...and I'd much rather skate more than have all the fancy stuff.

I know this girl who has a zuca bag (complete with seat cover!) and two pairs of chloe noels, as well as one of our club jackets (which cost about $90) and then she goes and complains about how she can't afford private lessons >.<

i have two main paris of skate pants - one from chloe noel and one from underarmor. i really like both of them, and i don't think i can choose a favorite. the chloe noel pants were about $10 more expensive than the underarmor from where i bought them (at the pro shop in my rink) but maybe that isn't how it is everywhere.

as for the zuca, i have been using an old, beat up duffel bag for skating, and any new bag would really be good for me! i like the look and design of zuca bags a lot, and i put one on my birthday wish list (next week tuesday i will be 15). But that's the thing - it's on my birthday WISH list because i think they're cool, but they aren't necessary.

you probably already know this, but cool pants and a cool bag won't make you a better skater. they are not bad to have, they could be helpful to some people. just as long as you remember that it is really about your commitment, dedication, determination, and love for the sport.

I've had both, and i think the Chloe Noel pants are the same as yoga pants. I too thought that a zuca was a waste of money,, until i got it for my birthday. It's the perfect size and just enough space and it organizes everything, unlike a back pack or purse you have to pile everything on top. I love my zuca! Hope I Helped!

Too expensive, not worth the investment when I can get a pair of leggings for $10 and a small suitcase for $19. All I can think of when I see them at the rink is "spoilt". Yes, the CN pants are pretty and I'm sure they're warm but so out of reach for anyone who'd rather put their money into lessons. And I really don't see the appeal of Zucas. My little suitcase holds everything I need with the added bonus of when I go away I can use it as hand luggage.

I think Zucas are kinda a fad. If you want the real thing, there is no way to get it any cheaper than $120. If you're not ready to spend that much, maybe you should wait a little whie and think about it. If you still want one in a few weeks, then go ahead and buy it.

UnderArmour is actually just as expensive as ChloeNoel, and they're equally durable. I had ChloeNoel, I prefer them over UnderArmour because they pull over the heel, which camouflages the size of my feet. I hate wearing anything that's not pulled over the heel. I have the plain reversible CNs, one side is all black and one side has a bit of blue trim.

CN lasts really long, too. I used to wear cheap leggings, and they ripped, bagged and stretched in practically no time.

Zuca is a waste of money. They are actually too small for a lot of people. A $35 Transpack is much bigger and just as durable. Yes, Zuca is made out of airplane metal, but is it really that likely that your Zuca is going to be run over by a truck?

They are both quite expensive however they are a good investment. I have had both of these for the past 1 1/2 years and neither of them show any sign of wear even though I use them between 4-5 times a week (I wash the leggings 1-2 times per week depending on if I wear my skating tights underneath
